dear all, what is the best way to make a perfect pictuere on tv ?

It´s Scart to Scart (RGB) or Scart to YUV the best ???

i have a toshiba 42 inch full-HD with 100hz. ( 42 Z 3030D )

it depends on TV model. YUV (three separate cables) ar better then SCART with RGB, because of better isolation of separate signals. Otherwise Scart has some advantages: a) managing between 4:3 and 16:9 automatically, b) automatically switching to SCART when sat-tuner is on.

hi, ill test some kabels from prof. customer.

XXL Scart Adapter ( Scart in and 4 Chinch out ) to RGB or YUV from Oehlbach "The best"
component kabel YUV from Oehlbach.

But i have no Pictiure on TV. When i change the device vor example x-box 360 with component kabel YUV, so the picture is perfect. But with the receiver i have no signal / picture on TV.

( ON menu i change to rgb and yuv on receiver) but no reaktion on tv.

Ok Tobmac..I tried out the scart to component cable on my 37" LCD and I think the video quality is really better than using scart to scart...Of course, this is just my opinion

But first of all, go to video settings on the Openbox receiver and set it to YUV and just then connect the receiver with scart to yuv cable. (OF course, you have to select yuv on your TV too..)

Now, masa is right...I have lost automatically managing between 4:3 and 16:9 screen...I set 16:9 and "combo" in video settings on my Openbox 820CI and looks like this is not so bad choise

Hi, yes i do it simular,
but the small lcd from amoi gives me a perfect picture with the openbox and the big one from Toshiba give me no pictuere. settings are the same .
